I cannot control my nervousness

This workshop really helped me. I already said I am a shy person. This workshop will be always in my mind. Why? I learned how to control my tone of voice, my movements when I am infront of people. I learnt that is important to walk between students and not to stay only infront. Specially when teaching children, if we want them to sit on the floor, we have to do it too. We have to become children again. Make them feel confident with our confidence.
This workshop was a real chalenge from the first day for me, we had to make some mimics, walk around, do things we do not do in a normal day, etc. I learned to be more confident with me, with who I am, with what I do no matter who is looking me. We learnt to be aware of what is happening around us and to be careful.

I was so nervous when I had to pass infront and say the tale, but I thought that I could do it. I face it very well, I could say "mission completed" Before passing I practice infront of my sister and my cousin. So I said if I did it infront of them I can make it infront of my classmates. When I was there,I try not to use fillers as the art teacher taught us the first sesion. Finally, I learnt to enjoy what I do, no matter what other think or say. Now, I am motivated to improve those little aspect he mention to me.

  1. Wow Deyanira, you reallly impressed me!. During the first part of the workshop I saw you very worried and nervous, but in the second part you were more relaxed and looked more confident and that was really rewarding because I could see that you are an open minded person and that is the key for being a successful teacher; always listen to what others think about your lessons and take what you consider will help you to become a better professional and of course, a better person.
